Stockman O’Connor serves a majority of the hospitals in western and southern Connecticut. We provide counsel for their risk management departments, advice and representation during Public Health and root cause analysis inquires, and defense of their personnel during litigation. We handle labor and employment issues on their behalf as well, including CHRO actions. We counsel and defend individual medical practices and providers. We also represent providers in front of the Department of Public Health.
