Chris Daniel is an experienced litigator specializing in the defense of medical providers and health care institutions. His practice primarily consists of defending medical malpractice lawsuits, but also includes nursing malpractice, psychiatric malpractice, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Stockman O’Connor, PLLC, Chris was a partner at the largest and oldest medical malpractice defense firm in New York where he defended medical professionals and health care institutions throughout the State of New York through all stages of litigation. Chris also served as a legal research law clerk for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Courts after he graduated from law school.
Chris obtained his undergraduate degree from Western Connecticut State University in Justice and Law Administration and was also a member of the men’s rugby team. Chris then obtained his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
