Rebecca N. Brindley has been practicing in the area of professional malpractice for over a decade. She is primarily engaged in the defense of medical malpractice, pharmaceutical malpractice, dental malpractice, legal malpractice, and product liability actions. She regularly represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, nursing homes, healthcare institutions, dentists, pharmacists, corporations, attorneys, and law firms in all matters of professional negligence. She maintains an active practice in both state and federal court.
Rebecca is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois. Prior to joining Stockman O’Connor, Rebecca gained extensive experience defending medical malpractice lawsuits in New York City, Boston, and Chicago

- Rebecca is committed to using her expertise to serve the public and to assist self-represented litigants gain access to justice. She has participated in the Volunteer Attorney Program where she educated and advised self-represented Connecticut residents with divorce and custody matters, providing them with the tools and knowledge to effectively advocate for themselves. While in New York, she regularly volunteered for the Monday Night Law Program where she provided clinic-based legal advice in the areas of housing, employment, family, consumer, small business, and bankruptcy law to help self-represented clients understand and find solutions to their legal issues.
