Sandy T. Roussas is an experienced litigator who has obtained favorable results for her clients both at trial and mediation. She practices in the areas of medical malpractice and hospital liability, product liability and general liability. Attorney Roussas’ diverse practice in general liability includes motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death and premises liability. She is involved in all facets of pre-trial litigation. Through factual development of the case, witness depositions and case research, she builds the defense, hypothesizes plaintiff’s position and collaborates with clients to develop a plan for a quick and successful resolution of matters. Clients also benefit from Attorney Roussas’ ability to identify institutional level issues that arise during a case; issues that could be addressed and rectified through policy changes. Implementing recommended changes in an institution’s policies and procedures may prevent the same event from occurring again. Clients are also kept abreast of changes in the law and how these changes would affect their exposure in figure litigation.
