Todd Gilbert concentrates his practice on high-risk medical malpractice and complex personal injury matters. Previously in his career, Todd was in-house legal counsel for a prominent medical malpractice carrier in New York, and he has represented national clients in New York and Connecticut on various litigation matters. He was part of a National Trial Team that handled high exposure medical malpractice actions in a variety of jurisdictions, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Delaware, and New Mexico.
