November 2025, Attorneys Rebecca Brindley and Eric J. Stockman obtained a defense verdict in New Britain Superior Court.  The case, Estate of Margaret Derderian v. Matthew Brown MD et al., involved a dialysis patient who suffered a fistula rupture two plus days after a fistulogram.  Plaintiffs made claims for wrongful death and loss of consortium.  After almost three weeks of evidence, the jury returned a verdict for the defense in a little more than 4 hours.
