Attorney Michael Rigg obtained a defense verdict

After a two-week trial, Attorney Michael Rigg obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice action that was tried to a judge.  Plaintiff had sued two OB/GYNs and a hospital, claiming that the physicians negligently performed a hysterectomy and two other procedures that caused severe injury.  SOC proved that both physicians satisfied the standard of care.
