Adam Maiocco obtained a defense verdict

Adam Maiocco obtained a defense verdict on behalf of Prospect Waterbury Inc. a/k/a Waterbury Hospital after a 4-day jury trial in Waterbury Superior Court.  Plaintiff claimed that a hospital-employed security guard who was driving a nurse home in a hospital-owned vehicle crashed into her driver’s side door and caused her to suffer permanent, debilitating injuries.  Adam proved to the jury that plaintiff’s story lacked credibility and they returned a verdict in just 45 minutes.
