Adam Maiocco and Eric Stockman recently prevailed

Adam Maiocco and Eric Stockman recently prevailed in the first medical malpractice trial conducted in Connecticut since the Covid shutdown began in March 2020.  They defended a hospital and its nursing staff accused of failing to monitor a patient who was undergoing severe alcohol withdrawal symptoms.  Plaintiff claimed that as a result of that failure, she fell out of bed, injuring her hip and requiring a hip replacement.  After a 5 day trial, Adam and Eric prevailed in just under an hour of jury deliberations.
