Rebecca N. Brindley has been representing medical providers and health care institutions throughout the country for two decades. Her practice primarily consists of defending medical malpractice lawsuits, but also includes pharmaceutical malpractice, dental malpractice, psychiatric malpractice, nursing malpractice, premises liability, general liability, and products liability lawsuits, as well as representation of medical providers throughout investigations by the Department of Public Health.
Attorney Brindley began her legal career as a medical malpractice paralegal at a defense firm in Chicago, while attending law school in the evening at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. After graduating at the top of her class in 2006, she immediately transitioned into defense work as an attorney and has been committed to defending medical providers ever since. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois, and she has defended some of the nation’s largest healthcare institutions and most preeminent physicians in major metropolitan areas, including Chicago, Boston, and New York. Her practice extends to a wide variety of jurisdictions within the state, including Superior Court, Appellate Court, Supreme Court, and federal court.
