Stockman O’Connor congratulates founding partner Eric Stockman on a duo of career achievements! After a thorough vetting that included contacting all the judges and attorneys involved in every case he has taken to trial, Eric was elected to the American College of Trial Lawyers. These are the top 1% of trial lawyers from trial bars of the United States and Canada. As the ACTL puts it, “Fellowship is extended by invitation only, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.”

In addition, on September 30, 2020 Eric was given the “Distinguished Leader” Award from the Connecticut Law Tribune, the state’s leading legal industry publication. “Distinguished Leaders” are recognized as lawyers who have achieved impressive results in 2019 and demonstrated clear leadership skills.
