Attorney Stockman obtained dismissal of a medical malpractice case on the first day of evidence

Attorney Stockman obtained a complete dismissal of a medical malpractice case on the first day of evidenceby proving that the plaintiff, who was claiming that the misplacement of a chest tube caused a laceration of the liver and a pneumothorax, lied under oath multiple times.  The judge sanctioned plaintiff for that perjury by dismissing the case.
